Why Toy Story 3 meet the criteria:
It meets the criteria because it doesn't have any scenes of extreme threats that weren't overcome by Woody and his friends. There's no sexual or drug references throughout the entire film, and the plot line isn't too complicated for children to follow. It also gives the positive moral of friendship and sharing.
