The animation we chose was incredibles, right from the start we're introduced to each character and thrown right into the story line by the car chase. The "Mise En Scene" in the opening presents the costumes which in turn, introduces us to the genre of the film. This is because the costumes used are very "Super Hero" like (E.g. Spandex and Logos). The lighting in the film is natural, despite being animated on the computer, and also the editing where shots such as; resuming shots, dramatic close-ups, long shots and cuts are used to express the genre and explain the story. It explains the story by cutting from Mr Incredible and the car chase to give a sense of the timeline between the two. The music in the intro is very steady, it keeps fast paced until Mr Incredible kicks in.
